Landlords gas safety certificate from £85+vat

Landlords Gas safety certificate issued via email
Perform Combustion analysis on Boiler
Check of all gas appliances in property up to 3 per house ( extra £40 per appliance)

Tom Siddons Has 20 year experience in the heating industry and is qualified in Gas, oil, lpg and air source heating, we pride ourselves on the best quality of work and our prices reflect this

Tom Siddons £112.90+vat per hour £61.45+vat thereafter

Labour for Plumbing and heating professional £52.75+vat per Hour £26.37+vat thereafter

Our rates are based on the experience of Tom Siddons who will portray his knowledge to his workforce to make the job run as quickly and efficiently as possible, our vans need get to the properties to help with your issue this constitutes in our rates being what they are.

There will be no charge to go and get materials but materials will be charged to the customer for the Job if they are required.
