Gas Safety Certificates in Worcestershire
TDS Heating Landlord/Homeowner gas safety certificates
What’s Included in a Landlord Gas Safety Inspection?
Our Gas Safe Registered engineers will check the following during a gas safety inspection:
- Gas tightness in appliances
- Standing and working pressure from available test points
- Compare burner pressure and gas rate against manufacturer’s data plate
- Satisfactory provision of all necessary ventilation
- Test flue flow to ensure removal of products of combustion
- Satisfactory operation of all flame failure devices
- Effectiveness of stability brackets
- Identify evidence of noncompliance and report to corresponding authorities.
A tightness test on the entire system will need to be carried out for Landlord Safety Record inspections.
An appliance is not recognized as having been checked until all of the above actions are completed.
We test all appliances for their CO value using a combustion analyser. We will then issue a CP12 certificate with a unique serial number.
